You may browse available domains, submit purchase inquiries, or complete a transaction via Escrow.com or other listed platforms. You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempts to copy, scrape, or extract domain portfolio data.
2. Domain Listings & Pricing
All domain names displayed on PremiumDomains.now are owned and sold by Domaineerz.
- Prices may change at any time without notice.
- "Make Offer" listings allow buyers to submit non-binding proposals.
- BIN ("Buy Now") prices, when listed, represent firm purchase amounts unless otherwise stated.
- Domaineerz reserves the right to correct typographical errors or retract a listing.
3. Transactions & Payment
All transactions are processed via trusted third-party services such as:
- Escrow.com
- Spaceship / Namecheap Market
- GoDaddy
- Dynadot
- Atom (formerly Squadhelp)
You agree to follow the terms and procedures of the selected marketplace or escrow provider.
4. No Warranties
All domains are sold as-is, without warranties of fitness, merchantability, suitability, SEO value, or future performance.
Domaineerz is not responsible for:
- buyer misuse
- changes in search engine policies
- legal disputes concerning trademarks
- third-party hosting or operational issues
Buyers should perform their own due diligence.
5. Intellectual Property
All text, design, branding, and structure of PremiumDomains.now are the property of Domaineerz.
You may not copy, clone, or redistribute any content or portfolio structure without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domaineerz is not liable for:
- loss of profits
- loss of business opportunities
- misuse of purchased domains
- downtime of third-party services
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the buyer for the domain.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Dutch jurisdiction.
