What we collect

• Enquiry details you submit. When you use an offer, request-price, lease or contact form we receive the information you provide: name, email, phone, company, your message and, for offers, the amount.
• Analytics data. If you consent, Google Analytics 4 records anonymised usage data such as pages viewed and approximate region. No analytics run until you consent (and, outside the EU, until you choose not to opt out).
• Technical logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address) to deliver and secure the site.

Why we use it

Enquiry details are used solely to respond to and handle your request (performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in answering you). Analytics, where consented, helps us understand and improve the site (consent). Technical logs support security and reliability (legitimate interest).

Who processes it

We use a small set of processors: Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), EmailJS (delivering form submissions to us), and Google Analytics (consented analytics). When you complete a transaction, Escrow.com acts as an independent service handling payment and its own data under its own policy. We do not sell personal data, and we do not show advertising.

International transfers

Some processors are based outside the EEA. Where that is the case, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting transaction, then deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
