Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use PremiumDomains.now and engage with the domains listed here.

About this site
PremiumDomains.now presents a curated portfolio of domain names available for acquisition. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Listings and pricing
Listing details, prices and market context are provided in good faith and may change without notice. A listed price is an invitation to deal, not a binding offer. Nothing on the site creates a contract of sale until a transaction is formally concluded through Escrow.com and the domain is transferred.
Offers and requests
Submitting an offer, price request or lease enquiry does not oblige either side to proceed. We review serious enquiries personally and respond, typically within one business day. We may decline or counter any offer.
Completing a purchase
Payment is handled exclusively through Escrow.com, a licensed escrow service. Funds are held in trust and released only after you confirm control of the domain. The domain is delivered by registrar transfer or a direct account push. Full purchase terms are in our Purchase Policy.
Intellectual property
The site design, text and brand assets are owned by PremiumDomains.now. Third-party names and logos shown for trust or compatibility (such as Escrow.com or payment networks) remain the property of their owners and are used only to identify those services.
Disclaimers
The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that listings are error-free or continuously available, and we are not responsible for how a domain performs for your intended use. You are responsible for your own due diligence and for any taxes arising from a purchase.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PremiumDomains.now is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent Dutch courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
